You will notice our purple turtle mascot in some of the pictures. He is pictured to give you a visual reference when looking at our products. He is about the size of a softball. Feel free to email us with any dimension questions.
Product Care instructions
Be sure to clean the statue every few months. You can use a garden hose to gently remove dirt and debris so it won't build up on the surface.
Check the statue for any chips or flaws. There are cement repair products that can be used so the statue will maintain its long life expectancy. Email Ben @ handistonecasting@gmail.com for questions about repairs.
Apply a waterproof sealer after you have cleaned and dried the statue. Allow at least 24 hours to dry. A sealer should be applied once every other year.
Be sure to empty any water before winter from fountains and bird baths. Remove the pump from the fountain if installed.
If possible, bring the statue indoors in the winter months. Use a soft material, such as carpet or cardboard under the statue if stored on a hard surface.
Use a tarp to cover the statue, fountain or birdbath if left outdoors in the winter months.
